Hi guys,
looking for any info/help possible. Have a client that has the incorrect twitter linked on their GKP. How do I go about changing this? They said they have tried to change it before but it hasn’t let them. I’m very ignorant as to how GKP’s work, so anyone with insight into this could you please point me in the right direction.

Hey there,
The GKP owner should login to the posts[dot]google[dot]com portal to edit their social medial. They should include a screenshot logged in to that account on a desktop. The request should be approved. Alternatively, you can “suggest an edit” for the panel and suggest they update the Twitter handle, include a supporting webpage. This option seems to be 50/50 success rate versus logging in and submitting the change as the owner.
