Some time ago, a person who was in Afghanistan, I paid $5000 to him to write me a book
after two months he said he wrote the book but his notebook and PC were stolen, and he would write the book again after sometimes he said he was so busy and would send the book soon.
Now he traveled to Canada, I messaged him to refund me or send me the book and he says who are you, I don’t know you!
