I have experienced and seen so many cases where I will open a ticket with someone (for example tiktok unbans) and they cannot unban the page, then I see their listing again a month later and I try a new case with them and they cannot do it, and then a few months later I see their listing again and I try a new case and they cannot do it.
Of course a lot of services are situational and some accounts are perm ban etc, BUT I think for a listing to be listed they need to be able to at least successfully do 1 case on site every 30 days or else listing is removed. If it a multi service listing (example TikTok verification, unbans, bans, shadowban removal) they have to complete all of the services 1 time on site every 30 days or have to edit the services that have not happened recently out of the listing.
This way things are cluttered less and buyers do not have to waste time sorting through people who have lisitngs saying they can do something when they can’t
Would be cool if each feedback requires a service URL. That way we can see which services sellers are actually delivering for. Og users requires this for their vouches if I am not mistaken.
I agree, it doesn’t make sense how there are 10 threads for ig shadowban removals, but no1 can remove them. I think it would make swapd threads a lot more valuable/less time wasted if this was added. It would also have a positive impact on sellers. If there was a seller who could complete x service/everyone can see this seller is consistently delivering for x service > they’d all use this seller. This would be a lot better than stalling out 2-3month tickets just to find out their 100% success rate is 0% > moving on to the next one.
Feedback should be specific to each thread. The current system is outdated and lacks meaningful value. While feedback can still appear on a user’s profile, it should also be accessible directly within individual threads.
Making feedback thread-specific would be one of the most important and relevant updates. cc @SWAPD
This wouldn’t really make sense since for them to complete this they need a buyer and you can’t guarantee a buyer for your services as there are various factors that go into play
