Hey SWAPD members! I’m hoping to find someone to be able to help with an issue I am having with Facebook. Earlier this year in February one of my pages generated $80,000 dollars in the month of February. It’s a big public figure verified page. During that month we got invited to switch our page to the “New page experience”. I had switched some of my other pages before that and reach was much better. It had been only a couple of days into February when we switched over and the page had made $890 before the switch. The remaining amount was all made after we switched to new page experience.
When it came around to payday facebook only paid us $890. The money we had made before we switched over. The Invoice that was sent to me also showed we had only made $890 that month. No videos were claimed and we had proper rights to post the content that made us the money. So that wasn’t it. I wasn’t the only publisher affected During this month and the following many creators/publishers who had switched there pages to the new page experience had anywhere from %50-%90 of there earnings missing from there payment and invoices. In creator studio you can see the current earnings.
This got so big that THE VERGE did a news article on the situation:

Every time I contact Facebook about it they give me the same response: We are aware of issue you are having.
Our technical is currently looking into the issue. I’ll give you an update as soon as we have more information
Then I never hear back until I have to reach out again. Some creators were able to get this fixed and there real earnings paid later on but some never did. I’m looking for someone who had the connections to get my issue investigated and resolved by a real person at Facebook. If you successfully help me get my owed earnings paid to me I’ll pay you a flat fee of $15,000. I’ll also cover all SWAPD fees so you get the full $15k.
