Help, we can't post on facebook groups and pages. 200$ reward

Hello,

We need help. Since yesterday we have got a problem with all our admin accounts linked to all out groups. Once we try to post something the following error shows up:

You can’t currently use this feature: We set a limit on how many times you can post, comment and do other things in a given time period to protect the community from spam.

Unfortunately, we have no idea how long this notification / block will last and this is not indicated anywhere. Does anybody have experience with this? If so, can someone help us. If it is successful to solve this problem for all our accounts, we will pay 200 $

Still can’t post. Now for 3 months. Sometimes we can post like 2-3 times and we get blocked again
