About two months ago my Instagram account was disabled due to fraudulent copyright reports sent by an individual looking to take the page down. I appealed several times and eventually got a response from Instagram notifying me my account would be restored within 14 days unless the individual could prove their copyright infringement claim and send a court order… neither of which they did. So as promised, my account was restored three days ago. However, I cannot log in. I get the error message “sorry there was a problem.” The account is active because I can see it, and as of today was able to log in via safari. However I can’t log into the app on my phone or anyone else’s. Prior to today Safari actually wasn’t working either. As many of you know, ig customer service sucks so of course I’ve been getting the run around there. Anyone experienced this before or have a way to help get this working normally?
