We’ve done this last year, and we’re doing it again. Basically, due to the holiday spirit, we’re giving banned users another chance to join SWAPD (if they wish). Not everyone will qualify, but we will review all applications.
So, if you were permanently banned at any time and wish to give SWAPD another shot, contact support@swapd.co and include the following information in your email:
- Your SWAPD username
- Your SWAPD email
- Reason for suspension
Who qualifies to get back in?
- Users banned for non-responsiveness
- Users banned for vulgarism
- Users banned for not being able to deliver
- Users banned for breaking low-level rules
- Users who refused to become ID verified (they will need to ID verify though if reinstated)
Who doesn’t qualify?
- Users banned for selling jacked accounts
- Users banned for selling accounts which were pulled back
- Users who charged back payments
- Users who are plain scammers or broke high-level rules
We will review submissions until Jan 10th, 2020.

Terms of being reinstated:
Reinstated users will have their previous account fully wiped. The user will have to register again and ID verify again with a fresh photo of his/her ID. The user will also forfeit any history, badges, invites, and SWAPD earnings on his/hers banned account.
