Not as of yet, but I’d assume if you had enough information behind you, it’d be a lot easier. I saw someone selling one on here earlier actually.

I have rights manager on my pages. You need to apply via that link but before that make sure to have at least 50 original videos that belong to you . You need to upload those videos to facebook, youtube and any other video sites that you use.
In our case, we had 150+ videos both on our page, youtube, instagram and website. We provided them with enough links to support our application. Also if you have ever sent a copyright notice because someone used your videos, that reference numbers can help a lot.
