Sure i can but maybe you just want to google that and try it yourself? Its pretty much self explaining. e.g. you use several rss feeds from top notch quality sources, seed your content in between. Your page grows slowly but on autopilot and you do not have to create top content all the time. You can multiple to dozens of pages.
