The interaction on TikTok is anywhere near Instagrams.
Sure TikTok is the most growing platform right now, but it’s still a vines type of platform.
While Instagram is the new modern Facebook, and I think we can all say that through everything that Facebook has gone, it’s still up and running.
Instagram will turn up better than Facebook when it gets older.

What would you say is @sonyalphasclub or @sonyworldclub worth? Am curious about the prices to compare it with other offers. Because that’s the type of accounts I’m interested in.
I’d like to bump this topic since I’m seeing:
20 - 30K IG pages listed for $1500 plus
60K IG pages listed fo $2,500 to $4,000
100K IG pages for 10K plus
Note: this is asking prices with no proof of income…
We have to get a handle on this. Sellers need to list pages with a realistic expectation of what the value of their page is and buyers need to be ready to offer a realistic value for pages based on the criteria mentioned in this topic.
There has to be a middle ground here because what I am seeing is just ridiculous from sellers and buyers. I’ve been looking for a solid page at a realistic price for over a month and haven’t found a single one.

Because first time buyers without knowing social media ground reality tends to buy for that price.
That inspires sellers from various parts of the world to use this as an opportunity to sell their pages for ridiculous price. As far as I know this is going on for over an year.
That’s why you can see too much of instagram listings in past months even though Facebook and YouTube only has the direct way to earn money.

Yes it has been happening a lot lately.
Everytime i ask for proof of revenue from these ballrs i get some bs excuses😄.
People want to get rich quick and just ruin the market for everybody.
Perhaps the staff should include an appraisal option.

Monthly earnings from shoutouts: average 1500$ with proof
Account: fan page with 1.8m followers and 35k likes on average. Followers are decreasing by 25k a month but gaining up to 1m followers once new movies are released with the actor. Mostly Brazilian and south american countries, but 450k first world countries.

Bumping to see what changed over the year 
From our personal experience, the value of Instagram accounts has dropped. By a lot. We blame market saturation, everyone is a flipper these days. What’s your opinion?

I agree on that, one year ago I had to pay 300-400$ for a 20K page with decent engagement and like 12% USA. As of now, I get 10+ inquiries a day begging me to buy their 40K page for 200$ with the same metrics as the 20K page mentioned before, because there are no upfront costs, loads of people start a page, which drives down the price.

a good example of that would be Most of Swapd OG sellers Instagram shops which are way overpriced, selling bad/inactive accounts for ridiculous prices. (only upside is that it comes from a trusted seller, which with the changes to Account recovery is much more valuable nowadays)
The value of IG pages has definitely gone down due to saturation, but with that saturation, there’s a lot of new page owners who ask for “sentimental” prices with no correlation to the Page metrics/Niche
I still see a lot of value in Instagram pages with the Right Metrics. and if you own a good network of pages in a niche you can still do major dmg.

Agreed.
I don’t think that price gone down , there are a lot of sellers & IG account and many of 'em are trying to sell as fast as they can. for example , our top seller , Coehn. if we check his prices we will see that prices are still good.
Right now , we can see many accounts & new ( noob ) sellers and we are able to get discounts , that why price is down otherwise IG price is still good 
I am talking about 2020 - 2021 y.
Give a few months , we’ll be able to earn money through IG reels and IG price will go up 
correct me if I’m wrong.
