How to do 50k+ months Ecom Agency

Service type: will mentor you to 50k+ months as an agency. (50%+ margins)

Price: $5,000

Description: I’ll give you all our systems, so you can copy and paste in order to build a successful agency

Will include some 1:1 review sessions to make sure your implementing everything correct

Any model inside e-commerce would work well, and local business would crush too.

If you have a good offer, can scale to 50k+ within 6 months from 0

Will share my agency website / social presense with anyone interested (Have built a strong brand in the space)

In order to do this we will focus on a few core fundamentals

→ How to find the right clients
→ How to close those clients
→ How to fulfill the backend without you needing to be involved
→ How to Scale and Hire the right talent

Through this journey- I have automated out nearly every part of the business. From Lead Generation, to the fulfilment side, and even hiring is now becoming automated.

These automations are made in Zapier, Make and leverage project management tools like ClickUp, Airtable in order to eliminate tasks that can take up bandwith.

For leadgen we focus on Cold Email

We send about 50,000 emails per month which leads to around 40-60 qualified meetings per month. This is scalable and really depends on your overall TAM (Ecommerce is very large, but we only service brands doing over $50,000/month already in sales)

So if you had a larger TAM (Total addressable market) you could scale fast. For instance leveraging press services, and social media services to businesses at scale.

No offense, but asking $5,000 for a mentorship with just a 5-6 sentence sales pitch feels pretty weak.

I can take the constructive feedback!

Let me share some more context-

My agency has done $60k/month for the past 3 months while finalizing some systems.

I anticipate we will be at 200k-300k/month in the next 6 months

The only thing I’m really required to do now is the sales calls / continue to drum up buisiness.

I’ll add a little more in the OP
