I run a network on Instagram with over 1.3 million followers total so I should know how to grow on IG but I feel like I have lost touch. It seems like the algorithm has changed. Does anyone have a good guide or resources on how to grow?

I don’t have any detailed tutorial for this but I feel like reels are the best way to grow right now. Search for viral videos within your niche and research relevant hashtags. Once any of the videos get viral (thanks to the hashtags & explore page), you’ll start growing.
How many posts per day?
At least 3 I would say.
