Good friend of mine had her IG account hacked. The hacker changed her email and phone number on her account and put them on a new account so when she tries to recover it, it send the link for the new account and not her real account.
How can we get her account back?

I’m at work now and I can help There is some information I need to learn from you. Have you recently uninstalled the Instagram app and or your phone (factory reset)?
And can you see the current username of the hacked account?
If you can’t see it (if the account has been temporarily disabled or you have been blocked from viewing)
Try to remember the last username before you were attacked.
Have you recovered it ? If not. You should follow >
Forget Password > Enter username of account > Need more help
After of this you will be able to send Verification code on the OG access that would be helpful for you!
