I have a legit business Instagram account where I post 100% original content, but my competitor keeps fake reporting me for intellectual property violations, which has led to my account being closed several times.
Is there any way to protect my account from this, even if it involves legal action?
Would having a lawyer contact Meta with proof of my business legitimacy help?
Any tips or advice would be really appreciated!
