You can create under any name, or empty name, or any logo. So you can create on company name also. But normal meta verify under any name.

He didnt buyed but after you buy you always can get a proof like i will make one custom account on desired PFP , name and username you say. And give it to you for free no problem (for first 3 buyer) :white_check_mark:
