I was dumb and got scammed

Hello Swapd, I need your help, if anyone can help.

So, long story short, I “sold” an Instagram account, and the buyer told me to give the account first, and then he will pay

I agreed, because I thought I was safe since I had the original email.

After he logged in he changed the email, disabled the account, changed the username, changed the email again, and now I have no way (to my knowledge) to get the account back.

I have the original email, I still have the facebook page linked to the account (he did not un-link it) and I also know his phone number.

Would there be any way for me to regain access?

there is no way to recover it if he changed the email and disabled the account, he will probably activate it in a couple of weeks, try contacting the support maybe they could help if you tell them that the account was hacked.
