Maybe its just a stupid question but I have always been confused by this. I currently am looking at buying an OG instagram account and I have stumbled across a few of them that “allegedly” have a Proton email as the OGE. But if Instagram was created in 2010, and ProtonEmail in 2014 how is this possible? I find it hard to believe that some of these names sat up for grabs for 4 years? And even if they did. What average person would have used a proton email to sign up back then? So, my question is an OG account with a proton email normal or does it raise red flags?
People swap their usernames over to new accounts so that they can provide the OG email on Protonmail.
