No! That’s not true! I can do perm unbans via reps for ban reasons like sexual actiivity, community guidelines etc
I got a hard unban done on site today in less than 24h so yeah unbans been hard lately got a lot of failed cases but things are getting better

There’s some retarded internal update that started like 4 days ago and will last for ~10 more days
