All i have is og email. I cant get the form to recover and they have changed the email and phone number how can i recover my account
Hai first you should have received a mail when they changed it, there you can click secure the account.
IIf that does not work, you should find the current username of the account, and take the mobile phone ig app where you have already logged in the account.
Click get help signin in, enter the username, there you may get the form or another age asking need more help, click that and you will get the form, then proceed.
