A friend of mine his Instagram account got recently hacked. They immediately changed his e-mail address and phone number and texted him saying he could buy his account back for €600.
He has access to the OG e-mail and OG phone number. I read on this forum there should be a way to retrieve the account. But how could he do that?

two factor is good. turn on and you’re safe. if your IG account is a goal of one hacker then there is no any way to cover it
