Is it possible to get verified if it’s an account you’ve purchased from swapd and don’t have the OG email? Does Instagram look at past history when choosing to give Verifications?

they dont look at past history but the person needs to have many articles in top publications to be approved - the articles or wiki page is the most important factor

It depends how long the account has been disabled for and the reasons it was disabled

Also depends on the name - price is usually 5k to 8k for this
