I have also seen large accounts with 50% fake followers with verified accounts. The reality is that it is not the same to verify you from the instagram app or verify you from a quality Portal.
By the way, I was talking about the “fake followers”, as another example of a factor that I can’t control. Just to give more clarifications 
this user is a scammer off-site. Pretty much anything he offers is to finesse you and he got excuses for everything. He is best at typing paragraphs for replies which I find hilarious to me
