My friends Instagram account just got hacked literally right now and they changed the email address, please help me if you can?!
He should have received an email from Instagram to revert the email change in case he didn’t do it.

Do you have OG ? ( original email ) if so , go to IG > Forget password > Enter username > need more help and you will be able to reset password. Make sure you’re using mobile which was signed into account before.

- Navigate to the Instagram login screen.

- Type your username, email, and phone number associated with the hacked account.
- Press “Next.”
- If you forgot any of the information from Step 3, select “Need more help?” under the “Next” button and follow the instructions provided there.
- Choose the location where you want to receive the login link. It can be your email or phone.
- Tap “Send Login Link.”
- Follow the instructions from the login link from your phone (SMS) or email.

It’s not wirking
When you click on that it shows a bunch of dumb options
