Usually this problem occurs after trying too many times, or other problems can cause this error to appear.
Change your account password and try again.
Or
After changing your password, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address linked to your account. Click the “Revert this change” button in the email with the subject “Your password has been changed” and try again.

After clicking the “Need more help?” button on the login screen, a special form will open on your screen if this is an account you usually use.
And if you are the owner of the account, you will already verify your identity with a few information or pictures. and the system will send you a password reset link.
Answer the password reset link sent to you by the system with a screenshot of the problem you are experiencing.
If you complete these steps, your problem will be solved. It was working before.

Hiw did it happen dis you change devices ir location?
My account has been disabled for almost 3 years then reactivated. The phone I’m using now it’s new but I got full access to my email “Which is linked now to my account”
