Instagram Login Verification Loops / Glitches

When I login into a few of my accounts I get this strange verification loop. I get the notification to my email that I have now logged in, but I get taken to this screen after.

When I click get help logging in I am taken here:

Next Loop:

Another one of my accounts asks for a code to be sent only to an old phone number I no longer have, but not email. However, it will let me reset passwords and get login links to the email still.

Hello ! Are you login to these accounts from a new phone / ip i imagine ?

I used to run them on software with proxies but took them off. They have all been logged in on this device before though.

Even if I was after I confirm it is me with the code / link shouldn’t it let me in regardless?
