Things have been fluctuating a lot for me too. I think the best way to figure it out is to mix up the variety of the content and see whats working best. Will share my results also

Tbh, I think IG just be like that rn. They hell bent on reels because little bro TikTok is taking over. Hard to say without seeing analytics
