Hi everyone,
I manage couple artists with verified instagram accounts, their followers ranging anywhere from 2 million to 21 million.
Recently, we’ve had problems regarding being shadowbanned.
I just found out one of my best artists is “search bar shadowbanned” meaning her account wont be found on instagram unless her full username is being searched in the search bar.
Before her shadowban, as soon as you searched the first 2 letters of her username, she would show up in the search bar.
The hashtags she uses in her posts are still showing in top/recent hashtag page but her reach has decreased significantly.
What should I do? I know it is recommended not to post anything for like 14 days however we are running different campaigns and we have to use our instagram accounts.
Does anyone have any suggestions to what I need to do? Does anyone offer any services to remove ‘shadowban’?
