Instagram Signup Glitch or Not!

Whats up guys!! Any of you able to assist with this.

I tried creating a Instagram account for a desired username… . Got the error that an account already exists. But whirn i checked it doesnt show up in search. So i tried reset email to see if its disabled and it says the email, phone or username has no account.

Is this a glitch? Who knows how to fix it?Is it fixable?

It means the username you want to register is vulgar. It’s when Instagram places restrictions on a username if they think it was stolen. You won’t be able to claim it unless it’s by panel
