We had this issue with one of our clients. Meta is aware of it and told us that they will fix it soon.

Seems like you’re using a special hidden character at the end of the username :grimacing:

They had one wave of “fixing it” only for it to not actually be fixed, just a new bypass had to be found, and they didn’t purge any of the accounts the last wave either, instagram has a bad habit of not actually fixing things lol

Some fixes take a little bit, I am sure it’s only a matter of time until all the duplicates are gone.
