Does anyone knows who reviews Instagram appeals for taken down posts/photos?
Is the review done by real human or algorithm?

Because a photo of face was removed for Nudity from verified account (2m followers), and then the appeal was rejected, confirmed as violating.

There is no logical explainantion for it other than algorithm error or some hater at Instagram?

Does anyone knows how to prevent it? Happened several times in the last months

Those reviews are conducted algorithmically. However, repeated violations will be subject to reviews conducted by a real human and ultimately result in account suspension/ban.

@luxury i can get them reviewed by real human and get them reversed or violations removed.
