We’re happy to say that we have another feature that we’ve rolled out. It’s called Whispers, and it allows regular members to send secret messages to staff. Admins and staff members had this feature since day one, we use it constantly to communicate with each other in tickets and topics. We also use it to make fun of you guys in secrecy! But on a serious note, we’re now enabling this feature site-wide.
What will this be used for?
Mainly, for sharing passwords/credentials inside a ticket. No longer will members have to start new PM’s. This will make everything easier to track and handle.
To report suspicious activity on topics.
To share other sensitive data, such as addresses and payment data.
Asking personal questions and sharing concerns about things inside tickets.
