Some sellers have hundreds of reviews, years of history, and pages upon pages of buyer feedback. Others may have delivered ten flawless orders, yet have little to show for it because buyers never returned to leave a review, or simply posted “Thanks” before disappearing into the internet abyss. Humans remain wonderfully inconsistent.
To help bridge that gap, we’re introducing SWAPD Service Intelligence Reviews.
This is a paid staff review service where our team performs an in depth assessment of a service listing based on actual SWAPD transaction history, buyer satisfaction, delivery consistency, communication quality, compliance history, and other internal metrics that are not publicly visible.
What does it cost?
A Service Intelligence Review costs $99 USD per listing.
If you significantly change your service or would like an updated review at a later date, re reviews and updated reviews are also $99 USD.
Every review will include the date it was performed, allowing buyers to see how recent the assessment is.
What exactly are we reviewing?
Unlike public reviews, these are not opinions from a single buyer.
Our staff will analyze factors such as:
- Recent transaction history
- Delivery consistency
- Buyer satisfaction
- Communication quality
- Compliance history
- Overall professionalism
- Internal performance metrics available only to SWAPD staff
The result is a concise Staff Intelligence Review that will appear directly on your listing. Please remember, these won’t be paid endorsements, just a short, one or two paragraph summary based on the data we collected. strong text
Who can request one?
This service is intended for established sellers with a good track record.
If you’ve consistently delivered quality work but your thread doesn’t yet reflect it through public reviews, this is exactly what this service was designed for.
Brand new services may also qualify, but naturally, there needs to be something for us to review. Staff must first verify that the seller is capable of delivering the advertised service before any review can be issued.
One review per listing
To keep things fair and meaningful:
- One Service Intelligence Review per listing.
- One review per completed order.
- Reviews are tied to the listing itself, not the seller as a whole.
Can subcontractors influence the review?
No.
Subcontractors, employees, partners, affiliates, friends, or anyone else involved in delivering the service have absolutely no influence over the outcome.
The review is written solely by SWAPD staff based on our findings.
Why would I need one?
-
Imagine you’ve launched a brand new service.
-
You’ve completed seven successful orders.
-
Every buyer was happy.
-
Unfortunately…
-
Three never left feedback.
-
Two simply disappeared.
-
One wrote “Done.”
-
Another left a single thumbs up emoji.
To a new buyer visiting your thread, it may look like you’ve barely sold anything, despite having an excellent delivery record.
A Service Intelligence Review helps fill that gap by providing an independent assessment based on what actually happened behind the scenes.
On the other hand, if your thread already contains hundreds of detailed reviews and years of established reputation, you may not need one at all.
Why isn’t this free?
A fair question.
SWAPD currently hosts thousands upon thousands of active listings.
Each Service Intelligence Review requires staff to manually investigate the seller’s history, examine recent transactions, evaluate buyer satisfaction, verify compliance records, and assess overall performance.
There is currently no automated system capable of producing reliable reviews, nor do we have the manpower to manually review every listing on the marketplace.
Charging for this service simply allows us to dedicate the necessary time to perform each review properly.
One last thing…
While positive Service Intelligence Reviews are optional and paid, negative Staff Reviews won’t always be.
Listings that consistently demonstrate poor delivery, recurring complaints, misleading advertising, or other concerning patterns may receive complimentary staff attention in the form of an official warning displayed directly on the listing.
After all, if we’re going to highlight the marketplace’s best performers, it’s only fair we also help buyers avoid wasting their time on the worst ones.
