Not getting notifications on your iPhone?
We’ve recently had reports that some iPhone users lost the ability to accept SWAPD push notifications. This is related to the newest iOS 17 update. For a quick fix, click here .

For the lazy:
iOS 17 Troubleshooting
Upgrading your device to iOS 17 may have deleted some needed settings. To fix, please:
On your device, navigate to Settings
Scroll down and press Safari
Scroll all the way down and open Advanced options
Click Feature Flags
Make sure the Notification setting is ON
Navigate to your SWAPD preferences
Click notifications
Disable and reenable the notifications
If you received a push notification confirmation, it means it worked! If not, don’t hesitate to get in touch with @administrators

FYI: If you use our old app that’s no longer available in the Apple store, notifications will not work. You have to uninstall it and install our website as a HomeScreen App Shortcut, as stated here:
