No, its not. Buying followers is not anyone fault.
Ive been sending fake. Bot followers to alot of verified ig people. Aside from that they buy like and views as well.
Everyone is buying fake followers even famous people do it.
Is buying followers then smart? I see A list celebrities do it

By that logic, I can send 500k cheap bots to a celebrity and harm their account, get their badge removed or their account banned.
Only time where your account is at risk is when you ‘bot’ your own account via tools/software/online agencies.

ive done a ■■■■ ton of giveaways hundreds probbaly, also grant cardone, dan bilzerian, patrick bet david were in many giveaways as clients, their acounts are still alive.
kardashians do ig giveaway growth for years, and most of their clients are badged,
in my opinion its quite harmless .

for now at least, i personally havent seen any giveaway clients had any issues.
bots is trickier, cause ig punishes you and your trust score goes down .
giveways if its a HQ giveaway i havent seen anyone getting any issue for it , or get unbadged

I have not ever had an issue with bans and I’ve done a few fake 1M follower campaigns.
