Less chat, more PMs! Public Service Announcement

We want to clarify an important aspect of how our support process works. Our staff does not provide support through chat. This isn’t because we’re ignoring your messages or don’t appreciate your engagement. The reality is, with over 60,000 members, the main admins are often overwhelmed by the volume of direct messages they receive. So, if you’re reaching us via chat for support, you may not get a response. For easy-to-answer questions (like how our website works), you can contact our @help bot via chat. For complex requests, always use PMs.

If you need assistance, please send a private message (not a chat) to @administrators. This approach is the most effective way to ensure your issue is addressed promptly. When you use private messaging, the first available admin will respond to you, usually much faster than through chat.
