I had an unfortunate experience working with this person. He opened a ticket with me for a removal, claiming a 100% success rate. I agreed to his terms of no pre-payment, but he insisted on payment upfront, which I paid immediately. However, within an hour, he claimed he couldn’t complete the job. I would advise avoiding working with him.
Don’t think so it’s recoverable, but I requested him for the payment after he said what if I don’t pay him after the service ( in open ticket with admins )
Admins should not allow users to collect pre-payment for services not proven, unless they agree to cover transaction fees in the event of a failed service and refund.
Since the user failed a ticket on a service where he advertises 100% success, the admins should have immediately unlisted his thread and / or revised it for him to remove “100% success rate”
would never pay someone who is asking these questions.
