Locked out from Instagram account - I need to take 2nd selfie video (How?)

I got locked out my instagram account (I don’t have OGE email and OGE phone number)

I did the procedure with selfie video, but didn’t get the instagram link to login again

Someone know how can I ask / how to make the selfie video again?

now it’s not showing up again the option on the instagram app

Hello, can you try this? Typically your first requests are denied, and you’re approved on the 2nd or 3rd.
