I have been running a spotify account for my music label with two playlist with +5k followers. A couple of months ago we lost acces to the spotify account and we don’t get any help from Spotify.
Do one of you have any solutions or experiences with getting it back?

This is EXACTLY what happened to me and the label. They won’t give a single F on your messages and requests. Was trying over 3 months sending messages over and over even calling the european central manager of spotify who said he will look at it.
The account is lost, sorry mate. You need to get over it. Spotify DOESN’T care.
