Lost my main fb account and access to business manager

Hi,

I wonder if anyone has any advice or can help.

My main facebook account got banned due to me posting a copywright video to one of my pages.

Luckily i had other admins on those pages so i dident lose them.

The issue im having now is, as my business manager account was attached to my main fb account i cant access it but my pages are still assigned to it.

I just want to be able to assign a new business manager to the pages.

You won’t be able to, unfortunately. Until you recover that account, that business manager will always be on there.

Think i might be stuck then as every time i try to recover my account it says no

By ID do you mean name?

I can see it on my page but thats all.

nope not name, there will be an id number for every business managers account…

Okay, i can try and find it. If i was to get it is there a way to resolve my issue :slight_smile:
