Lusty.com Project – Seeking Partners for Company Shares or Leadership Roles

What is this post about?

As you may or may not know, the team behind SWAPD is working on a new project called LUSTY (Lusty.com). The concept is simple: create an alternative to OnlyFans/Fansly and make it popular. We’re writing this post to find interested parties who align with our vision. Additionally, we’re seeking potential investors or individuals willing to collaborate with us in exchange for a stake in the company.

What is Lusty? Isn’t it just another OnlyFans clone?

Yes and no. Before dismissing this idea, consider SWAPD. Were there escrow sites before SWAPD? Of course. Are there many websites like SWAPD right now? Absolutely. Yet, SWAPD has been mildly successful, to say the least. With $50,000,000 in transaction volume and nearly 100,000 members, we’ve established a foothold in a tough industry.

Now think about Instagram. Was Instagram needed when it launched? Not really—Facebook was king. Did Instagram offer something revolutionary? Not really. The same applies to Lusty. Yes, there’s competition, but our research shows only a few serious players dominate this market: OnlyFans, Fansly, and Slushy. This industry is booming, with plenty of room for growth. Even capturing just a small percentage of the market could translate into significant revenue.

How will Lusty stand out?

It’s tough to reinvent the wheel, especially in social networking, which essentially boils down to media sharing (streaming, one-on-one chat, feeds, reels, etc.). However, without revealing too much, here’s what we’re working on behind the scenes:

  1. Custom Build: Lusty is being developed from the ground up. While we’re using some open-source projects, a significant portion of our framework is custom-made.
  2. Classy and Elegant Approach: Lusty will focus on class and elegance. Unlike sites like Fansly or Slushy, which often feel like outright adult platforms, Lusty will channel the sophistication of Playboy rather than PornHub. We believe this will attract creators hesitant to join overly explicit platforms.
  3. Unique Twist: Lusty introduces a system where creators compete for their supporters, an angle no other platform in this industry offers.
  4. Crypto payments. Sites like OnlyFans do not support crypto payments—but Lusty will! No more hiding credit card bill from wifey!

Why should I care about this? How can we trust you or the project?

Great question. Yes, startups are risky, and failure is more likely than success. However, this industry is different, and with a bit of luck, we believe we can achieve a “snowball effect.” Why? Because platforms like OnlyFans/Fansly thrive due to their creators, who essentially advertise their profiles on other platforms. By attracting just a handful of semi-known content creators, we could see an avalanche of traffic. Many creators have millions of followers—enticing even one to join Lusty could bring their audience with them.

Why trust us?

  1. Corporate Setup: Lusty.com is currently being established in Cyprus under Lusty Limited. We plan to offer actual shares (or positions) in the company to contributors if the project succeeds.
  2. Trademark Secured: Lusty is officially trademarked in Europe: EUIPO Trademark.
  3. Proven Team: The team behind Lusty is the same one that built SWAPD. Over the years, we’ve handled massive transaction volumes, increased platform activity, and overcome challenges from companies and financial institutions without compromising integrity. We have never engaged in scams or corruption, and our commitment to honesty is unwavering.
  4. Experienced Developers: Our development team is a Dutch-based firm that has successfully managed SWAPD for years. Their track record includes secure code, robust defenses against DDoS attacks, and expertise in IT law and international regulations. We have full confidence in their capabilities.

What are we looking for?

Lusty is still in its early stages, but development is progressing rapidly. In the coming weeks and months, we will need help with:

  1. Marketing Specialists: If you can drive traffic, we want to hear from you.
  2. Large Social Media Network Owners: We need to spread the word about Lusty, and networks of pages/accounts can help.
  3. Talent Scouts: Lusty will feature a lifetime referral program. Anyone can scout talent and potentially earn significant income.
  4. PR Specialists: Help us gain visibility in the media.
  5. Industry Agencies: If you’re in a related industry, let’s discuss potential collaborations.
  6. Data Processing/Scraping: We need assistance identifying and contacting talent at scale. If you can help us find creators, let us know.
  7. Ad Placements: We need contacts for ad placements on NSFW Reddit pages or adult websites.
  8. Financial Investors: The main thing we’re missing is seed money for launch day. Investors can earn shares in the company. We also plan to offer shares to top creators from other platforms if they join Lusty.

When, how?

If you’re interested, please consider joining the Lusty team. For serious inquiries, email us at contact@lusty.com instead of messaging staff here. When reaching out, please:

  1. Include your SWAPD username.
  2. Share your experience and what you bring to the table.
  3. Let us know what you expect in return.

Or, if you have ideas to improve the future of sensual content sharing, we’d love to hear them!

Thanks again.

I want to emphasize that we’re open to working with both big players and smaller contributors. Just imagine the potential collaborations between Lusty users and SWAPD. How many times have SWAPD members helped unban popular OnlyFans creators’ Instagram accounts? Tons. If you have access to such users, you could bring them to Lusty and earn referral bonuses or even SWAPD perks, like waived transaction fees for unban services.

This topic is open for discussion, so if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask!

I will be honest i never was OF manager but i’ve made many copies of OnlyFans; I even have threads here about it. And through time i saw what work what not, which websites closed after couple months which still works and why? If you’re building a platform from scratch, add things that OF doesn’t have but are really needed. An idea to website look alike Playboy is good, but you need to break boundaries. OnlyFans and similar platforms all have the same problem—you can only find creators through a link. Many users don’t have money for promotions, so they look for managers, and those managers take a big cut and they stop with it in most cases!

So, I still don’t see why any creator would choose your platform—except maybe for the design?

You need to give creators a real motivation, like:
“NO MORE MANAGERS. NO MORE PAYING FOR ADS.”
That would give them a reason to start using your platform. It’s not about the users—we all watch because someone is showing their :cat:, not because of how the site looks. The site could be ugly, and we’d still subscribe. It’s not about looks, it’s about animal instinct.

Break the barriers between managers-ads-creators:

  1. Models won’t need managers anymore for promotion.
  2. Users won’t need to find models through social media promotion.

How to do it:

  1. Create a “Trending” Option, add a feature where girls can post content, and users can find them just by scrolling. It should create an impulsive reaction to subscribe. Girls will promote themselves for free, and users can find the right models easily—just like swiping on tiktok

  2. Main focus need to be on, smaller creators don’t aim for big models as your main goal. Focus on smaller creators. Make your platform to be their FREE manager by itself.

If smaller creators know they can succeed on their own without managers or paying for ads, they will try your platform. And then users will start coming slowly and in 1-2-3 year you can expect results.

If you implement any of this, put your goal to be on smaller creators 100% not chasing big fish just for fast users, if you main goal become solving problem which i call here “managers and onlyfans agencies” which took big fees and destroying small creators, i will invest first. All others idea will be waste of time. You sayed “instagram” yes, but instagram also started with normal users and them justin bieber come into it when he decided! Focus small and you will growth big.

Onlyfans when launched he offered to girls “Join and earn”
You cant offer the same because you will be simple - vanished.
You need to offer more, “Join and earn without paying for ads or fees to agencies “

And then you will see a difference !

That you for the insight! May I know if you tried any of your methods on your clones? If not, why not? If yes, why didn’t it work for you? What software did you use?

I think your strategy might be off here. While I don’t have the numbers to back this up, I’m confident that platforms like OF or Fansly get the majority of their real subscribers from outside the platform, not from within. We’re living in an age dominated by free porn. So, if a random guy or girl feels frisky, where are they likely to go? A free platform like PornHub offering unlimited media, or will they scroll through random profiles on OnlyFans hoping to find someone worth subscribing to?

The real appeal of this business is the idea of “the girl (or guy) next door” offering sensual content. The typical journey starts when someone stumbles across a relatively unknown creator on IG, Twitter, or Facebook, gets hooked, and hopes they have an OF account. When they do—boom, subscription. I’d argue only a tiny fraction of users actually say, “I’m bored, let me browse OF and randomly spend money.” That’s not how the audience behaves. So, in-house tools like trending/etc might not be as important (although I love the trending idea, but I am fairly sure our devs are implementing it).

And honestly, if a creator can’t generate organic interest in their content and blames external factors—or needs a manager to handle everything—they might not be cut out for this industry. Lusty isn’t about pleasing everyone. If people aren’t interested in you or your content, that’s reality. Deal with it or consider moving on.

It’s still uncertain. While the lawyers are almost finished with setting up Lusty Limited, the corporation isn’t fully established yet—it should take a few more weeks. Only after that can we start reaching out to payment processors. Once we’ve finalized processing fees, we’ll be able to set the referral fees.

To be honest, our initial goal as a company is simply to break even. We’re focused on maximizing payouts for creators and scouts, even if that means we’re earning zero in the beginning.

So, in short, we need a few weeks to establish that.

I absolutely agree with everything you said, and of course the trending option will not be the main thing for users, and of course the majority comes from real socials.

I’m just emphasizing two things

in order for this to work, it would be best to target women who want to do onlyfans but don’t know how to promote (or they open and close after 10-20-30 days because they are for real stupis how to gain audience), or those who do it but with minimal income for now (you make your own stars and that is a point PLAYBOY done the same, you don’t focus on bringing big onlyfans stars) because no user will wants her to come to you if she’s already there without subscribing twice, I bet they won’t do that. or the chance is very small. And big models will seeking big money just to join. Which is absolutely waste of resources.

as far as users are concerned, even though most of the people who watch pornhub want it for free, the fact is that every one of them pays sometimes, the only thing that matters is that they get caught when they are at their weakest.

and in order to bring him to the point where he is the weakest, I suggest you introduce a special tactic

the trending option should be open publicly, absolutely publicly, so that everyone can see the videos that they publish for free (preferably not someone who is naked) it is best if the videos are for all ages like on tiktok, that part must remain so intriguing and no NSFW and then he wants to see more (and preferably subscribe) because it will be public and free.

also give people the option to follow the model independently of subscribing, follow her and watch free what she allow and independent subsribe her without pushing

why is that interesting?

I believe that whenever you give for free people always come back and only when they are NOT forced to pay they will they the most.

Also I understand some people will just watch, but they will be free “walking advertising person” ans he will speak and share about site which is alredy gain for you.

They can also correspond with the model and send one or two free messages per day so connecting can be deeper.

  1. Also, in the beginning, until the bots start, you can reward the models themselves by the likes of real registered users and motivate them additionally. I believe that if the micro-economy of girls who literally do not know where to go or how or how much to invest you need to give them an absolute chance, and for that site to be known to offer for new girls everything, support, discussion about what kind of content is best for her, management, free advertisements. (if she is smart, of course she will start her own socials and get advice on how and what to do how to find clients)
So inform girl they will earn just with INTERACTION
    How?

Simple she will have goal , she need to be active 60minutes per day, she need to be active, she need to post one video per day, on each month she will earn money just if she doing it.

Its risky but MUCH better than paying big of models and working with alredy wasted body material like them …

The least problem for me is users and men, models must be interested. Mans will naturally come. Because WE ALWAYS FIND PLACE WHERE ARE WOMANS. So i understand your point and focus to users but if you ask me if you chased them it will be much harder, build woman and all mans will run there

as for men, if you want to keep them for a long time, give them for free but also for money. And he will coming every day probably to watch free (you earning from visits) and his sharing and speaking about your website and also if he subsribe its good.

Also the biggest problem which you can also solve is NO FEELINGS LIKE BOT CHAT! Nobody want to know he write with bot….or agent … users need to know they write with that girl you need to give them something to belive some real talking proof, if i watch through me my biggest red flag is feelin someone automatically replying answers from chat agents…….

Much more to say and explain but i started writing book here literally…

I’ve tried creating my own platforms and failed. I know many others who’ve tried and failed as well.
However, I do know one company that has managed to remain stable, so it’s not impossible.
I’ve generated over 7 figures in revenue on OF and OnlyFans alternatives, regularly attend adult industry conferences, and manage groups with over 2,000 OnlyFans creators, since 2020
So i think i know a thing or two

IMO OnlyFans is the Google of fan engagement platforms.
Competing with it is not impossible, but surviving alongside platforms like JustForFans, Fansly, MYM, Slushy, MyClub, 4Based, AdmireMe, Subs, and others isn’t easy. To stand out, a platform needs to be significantly better.

Key Points for Building a Competitive Platform:

  1. Explore Page: OnlyFans converts better than any other platform.
Convincing creators to send their traffic elsewhere requires unique advantages or special conditions.

  2. Agency-Friendly Features: Platform should allow direct payments to agencies.
Many agencies manage hundreds or even thousands of creators.
Partnering with 20 agencies is far more efficient than dealing with 10,000 individual creators.
Ofcourse single creators should be able to thrive on their own as well

  3. Broader Content Freedom: Platforms like Fansly, JustForFans, and DarkFans attract creators by allowing content that goes beyond OnlyFans’ restrictions.

  4. Lifetime Referral Commission: Offer higher referral commissions than competing platforms to incentivize promoters and agencies.

Good luck!
