Yes, the payment has passed. Subscription works. But I can’t send my passport from my phone
Yeah, coz they limit the account to submit again if declined once, and probably due to some technical glitch, you were able to submit again and it got stuck.

How do you see it on Desktop? It says to go to the app instead.
i had the same issue, use report a problem feature and add that as a screenshot.
that fixed mine.
