I believe i got scammed by a seller in here, i got both og email and instagram account and swapd made sure it’s the genuine og email, but a few days later the seller was able to retrieve the og email and took with it both protonmail (not quite sure how) and the instagram.

so i basically need support ASAP :frowning:

We have responded to your request and reopened the ticket. Just an FYI, OG emails can be pulled back too so this isn’t unusual. But let’s see first what the seller says and we will go from there.
