Important Notice: Service Durability and Payment Policy

Hey SWAPD members,

We’ve noticed an increase in services, particularly video removals, comment deletions, and asset removals, that only stay active for a short period of time before disappearing – and then sellers expect to be paid.

This is a reminder that services provided must last until the end of the grace period and the Checkout Ticket is officially closed. It doesn’t matter what terms the buyer and seller might have agreed upon outside of that – our policy is firm: the service must remain valid and intact until the ticket is completed.

If any issues arise after the ticket is closed, don’t forget that you still have a 90-day dispute window to resolve them.

In short: We’re sick of sellers who ban/unban/remove something for one minute and go PAY ME! No, if you can’t make it stick, at least for the duration of the transaction, your service is useless, and we don’t want it on SWAPD.
