Payment method issues

Hey everyone,
I recently purchased an Instsgram through SWAPD and the account was originally made in India. When the original owner made it a business profile it left their region and currency (which I don’t have in America). I tried making a new business profile and it work snd let me type in my address etc. but when I go to buy a promotion with my card…, it doesn’t show my state or postal code being correct. Any advice? Thank you!

Did you try from Desktop Version?

add a payment method to your account:

  1. Go to your profile and tap Menu in the upper right corner.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Business .
  4. Tap Ad Payments .
  5. Tap Payment Methods . From here, you can select a payment method that is linked from Facebook. You can also add another payment method, like PayPal, or a credit or debit card.

It won’t let me do that through desktop and when I do it on my phone it says too many accounts, but also won’t let me delete any of them. And I can’t add a payment to they have the tax issue figured out, but like I said it won’t let me do my state in America and only in India which won’t let my card or PayPal be connected. :confused:

maybe you should use another device ?
