Starting January 1, 2024, SWAPD is updating its payment methods to enhance transaction security and efficiency. This entry outlines the new payment options and their specific terms.
1. Crypto Payments
- Changes in Supported Cryptocurrencies: SWAPD will discontinue support for BTC (Bitcoin) and ETH (Ethereum) due to their volatility. The platform will exclusively accept stablecoins: USDC and USDT, in both ERC20 and TRC20 tokens.
- Crypto Swapper Tool: Users holding BTC or ETH can conveniently convert them to supported stablecoins using the SWAPD Crypto Swapper tool before initiating a transaction. Access the tool here: SWAPD Crypto Swapper
- Transaction Limits and Availability: There are no monetary limits on crypto transactions. This payment method is available for items and services and accessible to all membership levels, including Safety Concern members.
- Risk Acknowledgment: Users must acknowledge the risks associated with transactions involving Safety Concern members when opting for crypto payments.
2. Credit Card Payments (Experimental)
- Membership Level Restrictions: Only VIP or higher membership holders can utilize credit card payments.
- Transaction Limits: The limits are set at 1000 USD for VIP members and 2000 USD for Diamond and Millionaire Club members.
- Applicable Transactions: Credit card payments are restricted to social asset transfers only and services with a maximum 30-day deadline.
3. Bank Wire Payments
- Transaction Limit: There is a 10,000 USD limit for all transactions via bank wire, including both items and services. This limit applies to all membership levels.
- Service Delivery Time Frame: For services, the maximum allowed delivery time is 90 days. Services exceeding this duration will not qualify for bank wire payments, and members must opt for crypto payments.
