Phone number as OG

Hey,

I have an offer to buy a page that was created with a phone number and not with an email. Is the first email that will be added to the account will be the OG or the phone number will be able to reset the account?

Overall is it safe for me?

OG email is considered, as far as I know, the first email on the account. So first added email will become OG email.
