i am waiting for @lunar response.
If buyers are making a high ticket purchase without understanding the risks that is not the sellers fault.
Itâs also your job as a buyer to understand what you are going to invest in to its entirety as itâs your money in the line at the end of the day.
If a buyer is considering making a high ticket purchase, it is reasonable to expect the seller to inform them of any significant risks involved. In this case, if the investment has high risks and the buyer could potentially lose their funds, the seller should disclose this information to the buyer, especially if the investment is valued at $40,000 or more.
Exact same thing can be said about the seller, who arguably holds more responsibility for the product they are selling. Nobody in their right mind would spend $40k on a panel they know would be revoked in a month, and considering it happened to two people, makes it even more so. The seller is banking on the fact that the buyer isnât aware of the risk.
At best itâs an extremely shady business practice. At worst a blatant scam.
Though the seller told if u use it wrong way then only portal may be gone but what if i didnt used it even then how its my fault! The seller told me he didnt used this portal for over an year and it wasnt delisted from whitelist how come after selling in exact 30 days it was delisted? Doesnt it look fishy?
He just needs to get you a new portal as you are saying he promised on the ticket and this dispute will resolve.
Seller shouldâve mentioned the risks involved and you shouldâve asked more questions and created a proper contract for the deal.
Ik $40k is somewhat big amount for lotta people but if the product/service is less risky it all works.
Sorry for your loss. I think there is no solution. Whoever thought that swapd or any other site on the Internet is 100% safe, then this is wrong. I lost 6k$ because I trusted the seller and the words of his thread â will return the full amount if he cannot verify the accountâ , but only returned 2k out of 8k haha ,
Sounds literally like what McEvans did just with better terms that shifts liability form the seller
And if this happened to 2 people then itâs sad letting such scammy behavior take place because of a âgood structure of termsâ that unaware buyers agreed to.
I think you are not being correct, as in other sectors that are not Swapd, you sign and accept some conditions (for example, an employment contract or any kind) here they also exist⌠Here at Swapd it is the same, there are some guidelines to follow which you accept. This is the internet but it is still something serious. I have lost money here (in the mentoring category) but just like in real life, I accept the terms and I have to be consistent with my actions. If you donât want this to happen, simply donât accept them unless you agree with them. Remember that this is not a game and people should take seriously the terms which they accept.
Whole a scam game everyone is selling same guides which doesnât work anymore, I recently bought one and found out it was same as jamixsonâs which hasnât already worked for many members on site as it was abused, reported this to admins hopefully we will get a update on the decision by them today on the dispute
The seller doesnât even responds after seeing texts this shows what wrong thing he has done clearly shows its done intentionally
Yeah I know until you purchase it they will reply you pretty quick ones something goes wrong they will stopped responding you, i never do this with my clients, even if things go wrong i refund them so we can continue dealing in future as well, i do not end business relationships.
Yeah even swapd disagrees now even though multiple people are victim of this thing they should ask the seller to provide replacement as i am not asking for refund even it doesnt costs him penny to do though he is being a scrap now
The seller scammed one previous time also said he will give forbes full feature and provided me a mix feature with someone else!
Being a millionaire club member doesnt means the seller is always right or isnt doing anything wrong because of which no actions are taken on him to make the buyer safe !
You need to bite the bullet and move on. I donât see this will ever get resolved, as the terms you signed up for were pretty straightforward.
You know what they say: caveat emptor.
Whether youâre buying portals, pre-verified IG accounts or verifications without press, youâre always taking a gamble.
