Hey anyone can advice me whether is it my mistake or seller mistake !
I bought portal from @Lunar in october and exactly after 1 month without even using it , it was removed from given id even though seller agreed to get me one again as i spent 40k$ on it but been 6 months the seller doesnt responds neither got me a portal back!
Can anyone advice me what to do! Another buyer faced same thing with lunar after buying portal !
Please help me out!

Swapd says its my fault tht i agreed to terms !
These were the terms it doesnt says i wont get any replacements or anything ! Where as it wasnt ever used then also got taken away and seller agreed to get me other one!
Yes, and we still stand by it. But as a security precaution @lunar has been banned from selling portals ever again on SWAPD.

But brother its not a solution for me as I spent good money on it and other user faced same issue with him which means he just made money by selling fraudulent portals ! U need to get me solution too 
as been 6 months of it where seller agreed to get a portal but nothing happend!

You agreed to the terms sadly. The precaution they took is to stop Lunar selling panels.
If the terms hasn’t been upheld then they would try their best to get you a solution.

This recent rise in portals for sale/guides to obtain one will result in a series of cease & desists and unhappy buyers

Sadly you agreed to the terms means Lunar neither Swapd is responsible for anything. But a bit weird imo that you can sell such expensive services without warranty

If you haven’t made any requests through the portal, it’s not your fault, your support access may have been removed if your FB contact removed you from the partner list/mp whitelist.
Any solution on it?
I am sorry for your loss and while it’s true that you agreed to the terms it´s a bit unfair if you haven’t made any requests and if he promised to provide a replacement.

Sadly you can’t do anything about it.
True. $40k is a lot of money. I wouldn’t be happy until I was satisfied after paying so much.
There isn’t any contracts to give buyers warranty besides once given, it’s done deal. It’s not enough.
Buyers don’t know no better either, meaning they were willingly risking it.
High ticket sales should have written contracts on strong terms.

But the seller can hell me whitelist it and even he agreed on getting the portal back but still nothing happend then also its my fault? Or swapd should ask the seller to get it done as been 6 months
It is close to a scam that people are allowed to sell these highly risky assets without informing the buyers just how risky it is.
Yes, the buyer agreed to the terms, but I am confident that if he knew the actual risk factor of buying one of these portals, he wouldn’t purchase one. Something like this isn’t a nitty gritty disagreement, especially over an amount like $40k.
Looking at the seller’s track record though, I doubt he would ruin his reputation over something this small, given he has transacted just about $2 million through this site alone. I hope he does the right thing and assists you and other person who lost their panel.

Been getting false hopes since march and after march he stopped replying! And therefore there is one more victim with same case like mine with same seller!
