I think it would be really helpful if the website could let us search for specific words in all our messages. It can get pretty tricky trying to find a particular site or term among so many conversations, not to mention having to recognize people by their profile pictures.
It would also be great if there was a clearer way to see our messages and who we’re talking to. Having four separate chats with the same person seems a bit much, doesn’t it? Why not simplify it?
