Purschased IG handle in 2020 from here... logged out

Hi forum,
purchased a few handles here. One was an Instagram one-word handle back in 2020. About a week ago I randomly got logged out, I’ve tried logging in with the username/email/phone number but it says “account not found”

When searching up the handle it doesn’t show up. Can’t find a method to contact Instagram, quite frustrating. Please help if you can, thanks

Try with a vpn it may or may not work

vpn didnt help although i managed to get to 2fa page but I don’t receive the code (tried multiple numbers)

Try from another account to change username to the old account.

If it says the handle is used, probably Instagram disabled your account.
